This full-time position typically follows a 5-day work week , including weekends and evenings .
As a Garde Manger - Pantry Cook, your role will involve setting up the pantry station for daily meal service. You will be responsible for preparing and plating cold dishes with precision and artistry. Using your expertise, you will guide and collaborate with our culinary team to enhance presentation and technique. Your positive attitude will foster cooperation, team spirit, and high morale among all restaurant staff. You will also contribute to seasonal menu development and provide valuable suggestions.
