APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed for apartment community.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs.
- Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. - Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
- Complete all make-ready apartments. Perform highly skilled apartment repairs/make readies at various communities
- Complete maintenance work orders for all maintenance work.
o HVAC certified and experienced in working on hydronic systems
o Able to work OT if needed and take on call on a rotation basis
o Very organized and dependable
o Great customer service skills and ability to provide a great work quality/quantity on a daily basis
o Ability to schedule staff and vendors and follow up on work quality
o In charge of monitoring inventory and ordering as needed while maintaining budget
