APARTMENT TECHNICIANS NEEDED
$21-22 an hour
Maintenance Techs needed for apartment community in Fresno , Ca.
Monday thru Friday. Weekends on call.
These are full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.
Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds.
