SUMMARY:
Apartment Staffing Coordinator. This amazing opportunity is located remotely. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to identifying qualified applicant for proper placement, scheduling of temporary assignments for apartment communities throughout the Inland Empire.
Staffing coordinator must be able to communicate with temporary staff as well different levels of management. Must have written and communications skills, since they will be working closely with job applicants, field employees, and the placement of candidates.
They must be able to work well under pressure and have the capability to work discreetly with confidential information. Must be able to work independently, self-disciplined. Able to work solo and complete the full scope of the job independently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Discuss job requirements with Temporary employee to ensure client satisfaction
-Evaluate employee’s qualifications to best place with appropriate manager/community
-Communicate with clients to discuss employee qualifications.
- Maintain staffing day to day operations across the board. From the interview process, onboarding, and assignment placement.
-Secure coverage for managers and maintain all open assignments
-Maintain accurate tracking of day-to-day assignments and field employees through software.
-Monitor of field employees daily. Checking and check outs daily.
-Responsible for attaining weekly gross profit goals by using applicable pay rates
