SUMMARY:
Apartment Staffing Coordinator is needed to assist with the Southern California area. Office located in Ontario, Ca.

*Identifying qualified applicants for proper placement, scheduling of temporary assignments for apartment communities throughout Southern California.

SCA must be able to communicate with temporary staff as well different levels of management. Must have written and communications skills, since they will be working closely with job applicants, field employees, and the placement of candidates.

SCA must be able to work well under pressure and have the capability to work discreetly with confidential information. Will report to their Area Manager for Southern California for daily tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Discuss job requirements with Temporary employee to ensure client satisfaction

-Maintain accurate tracking of day-to-day assignments and field employees through software.
-Daily support for check ins and Check outs
