Job Overview:
JT Solutions Group is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills. This position is the face of our office, responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment for patients. The ideal candidate must have experience with Dentrix software and be comfortable managing front office operations in a busy oral surgery practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional, and friendly first impression to all patients.
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and process payments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix software.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
- Assist with insurance verification, claims processing, and financial arrangements.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and organized front office space.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
Qualifications:
- Dentrix experience is required.
- Previous experience in a dental, oral surgery, or medical office preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in dental administration is a plus.
