Duties
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care is delivered consistently.
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans for residents, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Medicare standards.
- Advocate for resident rights and promote a safe, respectful environment for all patients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
- Stay informed about current medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to guide clinical practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Experience
- Proven experience in home health or assisted living settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of resident rights and the ability to advocate on their behalf.
- Experience managing nursing teams with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of care plan development and implementation processes.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, HIPAA regulations, and Medicare guidelines is essential.
