Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings; long term. skilled nursing and dementia unit. As an LPN/RN, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment, and support while adhering to established standards of care.
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and triage to determine the urgency of care needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with family planning services and provide education to patients and their families.
- Provide nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Perform specialized procedures such as catheterization, wound care, breathing treatments, etc. when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as required, providing care in diverse environments.
