We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are hygienic, well-maintained, and presentable. The Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing surfaces to maintain their appearance.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques can be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Proficient in various cleaning methods and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
