Position Description :
JTEC Consulting is hiring a Communication Specialist to support communication strategies aligned to program goals. Qualified candidates will have prior related experience supporting a DOD or IC customer. This position requires current security access to be considered.
Role and responsibilities include :
- Work as part of a collaborative team evaluating and monitoring effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives
- Support timely and accurate information delivery including mitigating impacts for urgent situations
- Provide data analysis and metrics to support continual process improvements
- Utilize effective time management methods to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
- Develop release-ready written documentation for press releases, presentations, reports, and other internal communication
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Maintain current with industry best practices
- Provide onsite support
