Position Description:
JTEC Consulting is hiring a senior level Policy Analyst to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) policies and doctrine. Qualified candidates will have prior experience developing and implementing AI policies in a federal government environment. This position requires current security access to be considered.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Work as part of a collaborative team developing and implementing AI policies
- Interact with government stakeholders and AI leads and provide guidance regarding policy impacts across the organization
- Conduct research and analysis for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI), Quantum AI, and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI)
- Support ongoing development of policy frameworks meeting federal regulations
- Provide ongoing monitoring, analysis, and impacts regarding changing legislation
- Support reporting and white paper development on AI policy
- Develop, deliver, and support related presentations to stakeholders
Requirements include:
- U.S. citizenship
- Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12 years of related experience supporting policy analysis and doctrine for a DoD or IC customer
- Experience working across the AI landscape and a strong understanding of policy implications for GAI, Quantum AI, and XAI
- Experience providing expert level guidance to stakeholders regarding AI policy matters
- Experience monitoring and analyzing policy impacts at the state level
- Hands on experience developing white papers and reports
- Experience developing and delivering presentations at varied levels of the organization
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a blended government and contractor team environment and interacting with technical and non-technical team members
- Availability to work on-site daily
