The Internal Sales Project Manager is responsible for supporting all internal tasks required for each customer project submitted in the CRM/ERP. Successfully initiate, submit, and provide all of the project deliverables to the Account Manager. Support all order entry responsibilities and customer service functions.

Summary/Objective
The Internal Sales Project Manager is responsible for supporting all internal tasks required for each customer project submitted in the CRM/ERP. Successfully initiate, submit, and provide all of the project deliverables to the Account Manager. Support all order entry responsibilities and customer service functions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Managers and the Engineering team to coordinate sales projects.
- Gather and review all details required for submitting a project in the CRM/ERP system with the Account Manager.
- Enter all projects within the CRM/ERP including the creation of tasks and dates required for a successful project timeline.
- Support all internal communication regarding each of the projects in the CRM/ERP.
- Create all quotes out of the CRM and provide to the Account Manager for customer review.
- Receive and manage all customer orders via email, fax or web portals.
- Perform all required tasks for order entry in the CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate all ERP task dates with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for entry in the sales order.
- Communicate all order details with the appropriate Jtec internal team.
- Communicate the official order acknowledgment with the customer including estimated shipping dates.
- Customer service responsibilities include open dialog with customers regarding products and services, open orders, lead times, recording details from an initial inquiry or documenting a complaint/field failure.
- Support pricing structure for each product line.
- Support company growth by helping our Account Managers meet or exceed revenue quota goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for significant calls and visits made, events taking place, and relationship history.
- Stay apprised of the industry trends by contributing to social media sites i.e. X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Serve as a key contributor to sales expansion in Mexico by providing internal support through the sales process.

- Education
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent of training and experience
- 3-4 years manufacturing sales experience

- Strong technical skills with a manufacturing focus
