We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead affirmative action planning efforts to ensure compliance with regulations and promote diversity within the workforce.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity for data collection and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Support organization design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Provide training and support for managers on performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems including Paylocity is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analytical tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
