Position Overview: As the Purchasing Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our procurement processes. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials and components. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to meet company objectives
· Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and quality improvements
· Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for procurement optimization
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
· Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
· Proven experience as a Purchasing Director or similar leadership role
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
