As a Front of the House Team Member at Pantry Fried Chicken, you are the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. You will assist customers with their orders, maintain a clean and organized dining and service area, and uphold our high standards of hospitality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take their orders accurately, and answer any questions about the menu.
- Order Taking & Processing: Use the POS system to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Food Presentation & Delivery: Ensure all food items meet company standards and are presented well before serving to customers.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the front counter, beverage stations, and dining areas clean and stocked throughout the shift.
- Efficiency & Speed: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Customer Relations: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the manager if necessary.
- Sanitation & Safety: Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Promotions & Upselling: Inform customers about promotions, specials, and add-on options to enhance their experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
