Information Technology Specialist
JTG is currently seeking Information Technology Specialists.
Location : Reston, VA
Status : Full-Time
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that personnel have appropriate network connectivity, computer hardware, computer software, and other IT requirements needed to accomplish tasks and deliverables.
- Install, test, and maintain hardware and software.
- Perform all system upgrades and configure all communication systems as required.
- Provide the IT technical systems and continuous operations and maintenance support required to ensure defined percent availability of IT systems during operating hours (typically uptime requirements exceed 99%, however, unique environments may require alternate percentages for system availability).
