Job Overview:
Join our team as an Electrical Superintendent- AR master License and lead multiple projects in agriculture, manufacturing, and industrial facilities. You’ll provide hands-on leadership in the planning, installation, and commissioning of electrical and control systems in both new and existing construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead crews across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Plan and coordinate material, manpower, and resources.
- Act as the primary liaison with customers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop schedules, create layout drawings, and oversee material orders and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and project specifications.
- Conduct system start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Must have AR master License
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple crews.
- Extensive experience in electrical installation, construction processes, and low-voltage systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.
- Hands-on experience using tools like benders, tuggers, and voltmeters.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000, which may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
