Key Responsibilities :
- General Ledger Management : Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Partner with leadership to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Accounts Payable / Receivable Oversight : Oversee the timely processing and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. Participate in the receivable collection process.
- Audit Preparation : Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and taxation requirements.
