Warehouse Service Associate Night Shift
This position will support NTM material handling, supply production with consumables, maintain order and cleanliness in production and in the warehouse, remove and store waste and recycling materials, coordinate goods from the finished goods warehouse to goods issue, and manual loading of containers and loading of trucks.

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Provide filter pallets on the cigarette machines, provide tobacco boxes for hand loading, provide the correct materials on the various cigarette and filter machines.
2. - Staging and providing the finished goods according to the delivery note and shipment schedule
- Loading the transport units (trailer / train / container) according to the delivery note
- Exit inspection based on the assigned task / delivery note
3. Working safely with the forklift, reacher, or electric pallet jack within our storage racks and other systems in the warehouse and in production, operating the palletizing system, forklifts, aerial work platforms, manual pallet handlers and the strapping machine
4. Adhering to the specifications of the ISO manuals, visual control of production (quality), applying and helping to adjust the instructions based on 5S3R.
Holiday replacement in the Logistics & Warehouse area, taking over during breaks, introducing and training new employees (including ISO document).
5. Assisting with various work as required throughout the warehouse as directed, material handling and assisting with inventory if required.
- Take full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as performing the tasks in a safe and good environment manner.
- Ensure full compliance with JTI Code of Conduct, EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidelines, internal regulations and work performance instructions, ISO requirements, 5S3R principles. Continuously improve processes within MS.
- Perform any other tasks as instructed by Manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
Completed professional education, preferrably in Logistics area.
At least 2 years of work experience, preferrably in Material Handling.
Good Knowledge of English.
Forklift driver's license (with practical experience), experience in operating an aerial work platform, communication and teamwork skills, good physical endurance and willingness to do shifts work.
