Job Summary:
Supports the Commercial Account Management team by coordinating all enrollment services for open enrollment and new clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties listed below are some of the duties that may be assigned and may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. - Organize Benefit Counselors to include training, quality control, field mentoring as needed.
- Manage commercial enrollment scheduling to include enrollments, track rotation, direct and consider all factors with groups, looking at schedule to ensure all areas are efficiently completed.
- Manage weekly expense report approvals and ensure all contract enrollers have completed all the necessary paperwork for Finance and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Manage equipment assignment and work with I.T. to resolve issues
- Monitor chat groups and help or trouble shoot issues for the Benefit Consultants, Producers, Account Manager and Account Executives
- Ensure contingency plan is in place should there be a need for call center enrollment, self-service, and virtual enrollments are properly processed
- Work with Account Executive pods on enrollment strategy for number of enrollers per group
- Determine enrollment needs based on new products and access. Partner with Producer and Account Executive pod
- Track performance during and after enrollment to monitor success of enrollment goals.
- Track performance of each enroller to determine when training is needed to improve performance.

- Proven skills in Excel.
- Experience in SharePoint, BenAdmin, Selerix, Employee Navigator, Ease, Smartsheeet, and enrollment scheduler platforms a plus.
- Insurance License and experience in enrolling and working with an internal team

- Must be able to multi-task with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines

Work Experience Required for this Job:
2 years of relevant business experience or as a commercial employee benefit sales consultant or related insurance experience with enrollment platform.
Education Required for this Job:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Active Life and Health Insurance License required. If currently not licensed employee will be required to receive both licensures within the first 60 days of employment.
Attendance Requirements:
- Daily attendance required in work environment during normal business working hours which are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- In-person and/or hybrid attendance occasionally required for company and/or team meetings or onsite visits to clients as required
- The Company reserves the right to require in-person attendance at the Company’s worksite at any time. The Company also reserves the right to make full-time attendance at the Company’s worksite an essential job function for this position if attendance becomes necessary to increase productivity, to develop teamwork, to conduct training, to better address customer needs, or to accomplish any other valid business goal. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of area and overnight travel may be expected
