Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, takes direction easily, and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will assist with general office tasks, filing, light bookkeeping, and data entry while helping keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing and organizing office documents
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Input and update data in Excel spreadsheets
- Maintain general office organization and administrative tasks
- Follow directions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide administrative support
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Basic experience with Excel and QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Schedule:
- Ideally MWF 7AM-4PM
- Flexibility in case other days/times are needed.
