What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Program Cost Control Analyst position at JTSI - Honu?
Essential Duties :
- Track Government funding; tracking will be at the Contract, Task Order and Project level; manage man-hours, material, ODCs and travel expenses to ensure that funding is managed accurately and appropriately.
- Process and record travel requests for employees on various contracts.
- Ensure that all travel is planned, coordinated, executed, and reported within the guidance and regulations set forth by contract and the FAR.
- Input data into Prime contractors' system of record for hours worked, travel and invoicing.
- Use contract / contract modification data to create project budgets from awards.
- Coordinate, prepare, and submit contract deliverables in a timely manner. (Some of these include Monthly Status Reports, Technical Reports, Cost Reports, and Funding and Man-Hours Expenditure Reports)
- Create management / financial reports in accordance with contract requirements and customer-defined format.
- Verify employee time sheets and expense reports.
- Reconcile Deltek / Costpoint and Task Order / Project data.
- Work daily with the Contract Managers, Prime Contractor, Government Technical Leads, Subcontractors, and program managers to ensure that all working tasks have appropriate funding allocations to reach program goals and deliverables.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and subcontract reports
- Prepare monthly subcontract analysis, accruals and process invoices for payment
- Review and process subcontractor invoices for accuracy and completeness, work with program managers and account payable to book subcontractor invoices
