What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at JTV Manufacturing INC?
Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following:
- JTV Manufacturing is looking for a person who has great customer service skills on the phone and in person. This person will work with JTV management and production employees, as well as, customers and vendors. This person will also be trained to become proficient with our production software entering information on a daily basis.
Detailed Responsibilities Include:
- Answers and directs phone calls, send and receives all fax information, sends and receives e-mails and processes all items to the proper personnel.
- Works directly with sales department inputting all pricing on quote forms and sending to customers.
- Enters all confirmed purchase orders, preparing traveler, customer print, shipping tag, and attaching to the proper nest for processing the order..
- Orders and stocks office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Able to multi-task, prioritize daily duties while staying organized
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable with a good work ethic
- Team player attitude who can work with multiple people to get the job done.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. On the job training is available.
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5:00 pm
- Hourly wage
