Juan Cazares - State Farm Agency, located in Edinberg, TX has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

This is a high-reward sales and service position for someone who is motivated and has a passion for helping others! Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set! This is a fun team and a busy office; we need someone who will thrive in a team environment.

Must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license

Must have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license

Fluent in Spanish and English; highly preferred

Must have the ability to commute to our local Edinburg, TX location, this is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements :

Property and Casualty license must have or be able to obtain

Life and Health Insurance license must have or be able to obtain

Insurance experience is helpful but not required

Bilingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Self-motivated

Ability to multi-task

Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Excellent Customer Service skills

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
