We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP EWM solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP EWM, strong business process knowledge, and experience leading full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design scalable and efficient SAP EWM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Define the overall architecture, integration, and system design for warehouse management processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, TM, MM, PP, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including blueprinting, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, RF Framework, Labor Management, and Physical Inventory.
- Implement and optimize Advanced EWM features such as Slotting, Yard Management, Dock Appointment Scheduling, and Cross-Docking.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide technical guidance to development teams for enhancements, FIORI apps, and custom developments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse managers, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver SAP EWM solutions.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional specifications.
- Testing, Training & Support:
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UAT to validate solution functionality.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for SAP EWM implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of SAP experience, with 5 years in SAP EWM (Standard & Advanced EWM).
- Expertise in SAP EWM configuration, RF Framework, Warehouse Monitor, HU management, Wave Processing, and MFS integration.
- Strong understanding of warehouse business processes, material flow, and logistics execution.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM, Embedded EWM, and Decentralized EWM.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM-ERP integration, IDOCs, and BAPI for warehouse transactions.
- Knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management), Yard Logistics, and automation systems integration (MFS, AGV, WCS).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- SAP EWM certification is a plus.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, or 3PL Logistics
