We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Architect with 10 years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, and TIBCO API Management, along with strong architecture and design skills for enterprise-scale middleware and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.
- Lead TIBCO implementation projects, ensuring best practices, security, and performance optimization.
- Design and develop APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures using TIBCO BW, EMS, and API Gateway.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define integration requirements and solution roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and security of TIBCO solutions.
- Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and deployment strategies for TIBCO applications.
- Work closely with cloud and infrastructure teams to implement hybrid or cloud-based integration solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in TIBCO middleware and integration technologies.
- Expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x & 6.x), EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, and TIBCO API Management.
- Strong experience in enterprise integration patterns (EIP), microservices, and SOA-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and message-based systems.
