Job Description :
The IT System Administrator will manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure and servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates and upgrades. Additionally, the IT System Administrator will provide technical support to end users, address hardware and software concerns, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
- Provide second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure and servers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
- Implement updates, upgrades, and security patches.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and effective.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to support organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Other : Perform other duties and responsibilities as set forth by IT Management.
