Job Description:
The Technician III - QA Label Control position completes the counting, assembly, printing and issuance of Label Control components for production; creates process improvement suggestions and review of updates to the Label Control processes; and designs and reviews labeling components for production use. Essential responsibilities include:
- Counting of Label Control components and multiple SAP material movement transactions. Able to use and train others on insert, box, and label counting systems.
- Printing, assembly, and issuance of Label Control components. Able to print on and train others on all Label Control printers.
- Operate label printing software, and troubleshoot basic system communication issues with SAP and serialization process.
- Maintain inventory control of Label Control components.
- Complete SAP inventory transactions of Label Control components. Able to troubleshoot transactions and discrepancies.
- Design and review label component formats in the label design system.
- Provide RCA input for deviations and CAPAS.
- Navigate and print from eDMS.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Forklift certification desired or must be able to obtain within one month.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience which includes pharmaceutical and FDA Regulated Industry. Prior SAP experience required.
- Manufacturing production and equipment operation experience is desired.
- Knowledge ordinarily acquired from the highest level high school courses in math is desired. Math skills for calculating ratios, parts, and percentages are preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Physical requirements include 14/14 corrected near-point vision, the ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted, manual dexterity, repetitive activity, pushing, pulling, prolonged sitting and standing, twisting, walking, stooping and reaching.
Shift: Days M-F, 7am - 3:30pm
Compensation:
- This position starts at $18.68per hour, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
