- Understand recruitment best practices and implement new processes if needed.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment support
- Ensure a consistent interview process is in place and followed.
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
- Guarantee all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee all data within then the HRIS system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field. In lieu of degree, 5 years of related experience required.
- 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and full life cycle recruitment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented
- General Awareness: Knows the fundemental or general understanding of concepts.
- Working Knowledge: Has broad / working knowledge of the subject. Uses concept daily.
- Functional Expert: Candidate is ceritified functional expert with strong knowledge on concepts.
- Mastery: Candidate is subject matter expert and has command over the subject/concepts.
