Jubilant Radiopharma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, National Operations to lead our pharmacies across a designated geographic area. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:Lead pharmacy operations across the region, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Strategic Planning:Drive strategic initiatives, space/facility investments, and workflow standardization.
- Customer Focus:Enhance customer retention and service quality through innovative programs and initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Team Leadership:Mentor and develop a team of pharmacy managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Educational Background:Bachelor’s of Science degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Certification:Board certification in nuclear pharmacy (BCNP) preferred.
- Experience:6 years in managing pharmacy operations at the area/regional level, with a team of 5-15 direct reports.
- Skills:Strong leadership, customer relationship management, budget development, and problem-solving skills.
- Travel:Ability to travel between 25%-50% of the time.
- Personal Attributes:Highly organized, effective time management, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated, flexible, and creative mindset.
