Job Description:
As a Traveling Associate Dentist at Jubilee Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. Your responsibilities will include traveling to various locations, offering essential dental services, promoting a positive company image, and participating actively in team-building activities. You will work closely with hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient care. The ideal candidate will possess compassion, a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults, and a commitment to maintaining the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. A ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider is standard, and patient flow typically averages 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. State insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix are typical in our offices.
