Accountability: Store Manager
Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt
Purpose: To assist in providing supervision, customer service, and keeping the store running smoothly.

Duties:
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns in absence of manager or supervisor.
- Operate the register as scheduled.
- Assist in opening and closing store as instructed.
- Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store clean.
- Be alert for shoplifters.
- Be part of staff meetings and team building.
- Other duties as assigned.
