Salary :

Accountability : Store Manager or In-Charge

Status : Part-Time (up to 28 hours); Non-Exempt

Purpose : To operate register and assist in general activities to keep the store functioning smoothly.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in retail environment
  • Good mathematic skills to be able to count out change
  • Ability to be courteous and sociable to customers
  • Ability to recognize follow store policies
  • Dependable
  • Integrity
  • Willing to adhere to Jubilees Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct

Working Conditions / Physical Factors : Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%

  • Lifting (under 25lbs) -Frequently
  • Reaching / Grabbing-Frequently

  • Bending- Frequently
  • Interacting with and Assisting Customers- Continuously

    • Duties :

  • Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store.
  • Operate the register.
  • Be aware of customer entering and leaving the store, paying special attention for shoplifters.
  • Assist in keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Assist with other tasks to keep store running smoothly.
  • Be part of staff meetings and team building.
  • Other duties as assigned.
