Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout our 23 custom caboose hotel rooms, 4 vintage cabins, common areas, and other facilities
- Create a welcoming environment through positive guest interactions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive resort cleanliness
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Identify and report maintenance needs promptly to supervisors and maintenance team
- Follow all safety protocols
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Contribute to our team-oriented culture of exceptional service
- Additional duties as needed to support resort operations
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or resort housekeeping experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic literacy skills (ability to read room numbers, schedules, and instructions)
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service background
- Capacity to safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shift
- Regular bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching activities
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to safely maneuver housekeeping supplies in confined spaces
- Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency with cleaning equipment (vacuums, mops, spray bottles, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in occasionally noisy environments
