As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the performance and safety of our customers' vehicles through routine oil changes and other essential services.
Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections on vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance or safety.
- Collaborate with team members to align on service goals and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge, particularly in automotive service and maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
