```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs under the direction of a nurse
- Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing the care of individuals with disabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals, families, and staff members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Note: This position may require occasional driving for community outings or appointments.
