You will be required to oversee the setup and operation of multiple extruder lines, as well as monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure quality and quantity parameters are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the production process on multiple extruder lines
- Setup and operation of multiple extruder lines
- Monitoring and adjusting equipment settings to ensure quality and quantity parameters are met
- Detection and reporting of defective materials, improper compounding, and malfunctioning equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of progressive manufacturing experience directly related to extrusion
- Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
