Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you will provide individualized support to adults with autism and/or developmental or intellectual disabilities, enabling them to reach their full potential and participate fully in their communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to individuals/groups
- Helping people reach for their dreams and accomplish their goals
- Maintaining professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and other staff
- Being a part of a dynamic and supportive team in a growing organization full of opportunities
Requirements:
