Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to adults with autism, including daily living assistance, medical support, and socialization opportunities.
- Help individuals set and achieve goals, including education, employment, and social development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive support and services are provided to individuals and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass background screenings and maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, and other staff members.
