Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive is a key role at Judge Direct Placement, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing call schedules to ensure timely coverage of assigned customer lists
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Closing sales and achieving budget quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects
- Monitoring inventory daily and assisting in moving products quickly
- Understanding trucking routes and customers' need for prepaid or collected shipments
- Ensuring all orders are entered, priced, and purchase orders are printed and filed
- FOLLOWING up with the customer if orders are not shipped in full
- Filling in for Logistics Coordinator when required
- Required to work a Saturday rotating schedule
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as financial documents/invoices, safety rules, policies, and procedure manuals
- Bilingual skills may be helpful
- Computer literacy including competence in Microsoft Outlook and the Internet
- High School degree; college courses/associate's degree with a focus on business is preferred
- Two or more years working in a fast-paced inside sales environment with a focus on achieving sales quotas
- Motivated and organized to ensure our customers are happy
- Positive team player and courteous
- Able to take instruction well, work independently, and demonstrate sound judgment
- Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Professional manner and excellent oral and written communication skills
