JDP is seeking a Sr. Director of Maintenance & Engineering in Sioux City, IA area! The candidate will be responsible for strategic oversight and leadership of a large production facility. The Director will lead a team responsible for planning & scheduling, preventative & corrective maintenance, special projects, and facility enhancements. Oversee all capital expenditures, projects and facility expansions while maintaining production efficiencies.
Responsibilities :
- Manage capital expenditure $12M annually
- Project Management experience to achieve results that are on time and within budget and meet standards
- Align the business strategy to technology and innovation available for feasible and realistic options
- Use data analytics to monitor systems & processes, make projections, and provide solutions and options
- Responsible for the authority and generating all information to support AR requests for the facility
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure success
- Understand the role of business ethics to build relationships
- Propose, design, & introduce options for new equipment, automation, and process design
- Understand knowledgeable of all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
