Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager in Sterling, IL area! The candidate will lead a team of software developers and electronics engineers. The team will design the circuit boards and write the software that controls & drives products!
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 8-10 developers and engineers who are building the software and electronics
- Working with Product Managers to understand customers needs and business requirements and develop those requirements into technical tasks and software features
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure test schedules and QA involvement in the development process is timely & thorough
- Oversee the development process, assist with prioritization, task management and project tracking
- Communicate with senior leadership about projects
- Own the hiring process for new positions to include contract roles
