This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for building strong employee and union relations
- Integral in the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements
- Oversight of recruiting for all operational positions at your particular facility
- Performance management of onsite HR team and integral in performance management for onsite employees
- Onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Change management: Will be a key cultural leader onsite for development and implementation of key transformation initiatives to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, enhance training and development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources required
- Masters Degree in HR or related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive Manufacturing Industry Human Resources experience
- 2 years manufacturing experience preferably within food
- Demonstrated change management experience
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
