Key Responsibilities:
The Judge Direct Placement is hiring a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as managing a team of warehouse staff.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Develop and implement effective inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coach and train team members on warehouse operations, including safety procedures and equipment use
- Evaluate daily shipment schedules and prioritize tasks to meet customer delivery requirements
About the Team:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 8 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Vertique systems experience a plus
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
