Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Indiana! The candidate will lead the execution of all maintenance work and projects in the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on optimizing all maintenance functions, including PPM, spare parts, scheduling and performance
- Supervise and coach all direct reports, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Develop overall plans, including major maintenance projects and shutdowns
- Support the development, control and tracking of maintenance budgets
- Coordinate planning/scheduling, inventory control and maintenance purchasing
- Administer the PPM projects and parts inventory for all equipment
- Perform engineering analyses to determine the root cause of continued failures
- Analyze equipment history and line event data
- Oversee the maintenance parts room
- Manage the scheduling and planning of maintenance work using CMMS
- Establish measurement techniques and determine improvement needed for the maintenance department
- Maintain equipment and facility documents and drawings
- Provide support for assigned projects and day to day activities
- Communicate with operations and vendors regarding equipment issues and capital projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- 2 years of direct maintenance supervisory experience
- Must have prior food manufacturing experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS skills
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
