What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Judge Direct Placement?

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor outside of Atlanta, GA area!

Responsibilities :

Manage the projecting maintenance program
Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutions
Maximize available run time
Monitor and repair breakdowns
Keep upper management informed of issues that affect performance
Ensure all safety devices are properly installed
Ensure all parts and equipment remain at approved levels
Responsible for supervising employees
Adjust work schedule to meet production requirements
Ensure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are met
Supervise, train and develop subordinates

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

3 years related experience

General knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems

Knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment

Knowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standards

Previous supervisor experience

Basic computer skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic mathematical and problem solving skills
