Judge Direct Placement is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor outside of Atlanta, GA area!
Responsibilities :
- Manage the projecting maintenance program
- Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutions
- Maximize available run time
- Monitor and repair breakdowns
- Keep upper management informed of issues that affect performance
- Ensure all safety devices are properly installed
- Ensure all parts and equipment remain at approved levels
- Responsible for supervising employees
- Adjust work schedule to meet production requirements
- Ensure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are met
- Supervise, train and develop subordinates
