What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Judge Direct Placement?
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis to find a Maintenance Supervisor for their team. This role is on 1st shift!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned production lines and process including maintenance technicians, equipment, and overall process
- Manage a portion of the building and grounds assignments
- Maintain the preventative maintenance program including work orders assignment, scheduling, and making sure all orders meet deadlines for production
- Daily report outs to the Maintenance Manager on equipment breakdown and successes
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Constantly look for ways to improve the process, equipment, and training for employees
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience in food, metals, automotive, pharma, packaging, or consumer goods industries
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
