About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer - Automation to join our team at Judge Direct Placement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for medical devices. You will lead projects to introduce automation and robotics into the manufacturing process, improving productivity and reducing costs.
You will work closely with our R&D, quality, and production teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, through process validation and verification activities. Your analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement, develop corrective actions, and measure their impact.
