Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage packaging operations, including production, safety, quality assurance, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production yields, minimize waste, and control costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in packaging operations, preferably in the food processing industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of HACCP, OSHA regulations, and food safety principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
