- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Strong computer skills, including SAP, LongView, People Soft
- Ability to be comfortable interacting and communicating with all aspects of the business, including plant staff and senior managers.
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external financial deliverables for one or more business units, in accordance with controls and accounting requirements.
- Experience resolving compliance and reporting issues, providing recommendations to improve processes and guidance to junior colleagues
- Demonstrated success facilitating cross-functional communications to ensure understanding of financial results and timely delivery of deliverables
- Experience leveraging and managing relationships with plant and non-Finance teams to strengthen knowledge of production process and to obtain data critical to executing business tasks
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
